Responsible for producing the Annual NOx Compliance Report for the Clean Air Markets Division including data calculations, GIS map graphics, and technical writing. Gathered information and analyzed data on the use of selective catalytic reduction to reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides at coal-fired utility boilers in Europe for publication. Led team of programmers in developing emissions data website for EPA's Acid Rain Division involving large quantities of data and html programming. Developed numerous graphical representations and GIS-based maps depicting scientific processes for regulatory documents, web pages, and presentations. Provided technical support and testing for software programs and web applications.
